Hi, My name is Ryan Sleights and I am a media student / broadcaster based in North East England.

In September 2021, I started laying down groundwork for what later would become RSTV Broadcasting.
What I thought initially was a home project had soon started to become a main piece of my life, and without me launching it, I would not be where I am today. When I launched RSTV Radio, as a primary brand which contains RSTV Dance, which is the radio station that had started in 2021. 

My primary role within RSTV Broadcasting is "Network Director" and soon after I had took this role we adopted the term "Built for What's Next."
We adopted this tagline because it describes our company as being designed around where broadcasting is going, rather than us trying to replicate how radio & tv networks historically used to operate.

I chose the level 2 media course because I wanted to apply the knowledge and skills I have obtained via operating things such as RSTV Broadcasting.
